Business Development Executive

Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing teams from the ground up, enhancing their business capabilities to achieve team goals. You will be accountable for business development and operational results in individual cities, using scientific analysis methods to gather information, formulate, and execute operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an end-to-end perspective to quickly identify core frontline issues and communicate feedback to headquarters.
  • Manage teams with diverse cultural backgrounds and establish scientific training mechanisms from BD to BDM.
  • Systematize work experiences, extract methodologies, and create standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Develop detailed execution plans and monitoring mechanisms to ensure expected outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid background as sales leader.
  • Strong experience with sales team management, with a track record of managing large teams.
  • Cross-regional multi-city management experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory for international report.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and willingness to actively share work experience and provide actionable suggestions.
