Job Title: Director of Sales for International Leisure Sales

Job Summary:
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding existing relationships through strategic sales efforts and promotional activities. You will work closely with the Group Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
Monitor and oversee sales colleagues to ensure they meet sales action plans and targets
Ensure customer requirements are determined and met
Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
Manage top-producing accounts to meet client visitation and entertainment targets
Update relevant systems with client information, production, and sales activities
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Evaluate markets and recommend sales action plans to increase production
Assist in the production of annual sales plans, hotel budgets, and departmental performance plans

Requirements:
Knowledge of the local market and hospitality industry
Passion for sales and target-based performance
Relevant degree in sales, business development, or other relevant field
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team
Excellent selling capabilities and ability to coach selling techniques
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Flexibility to respond to different work situations
Ability to work well under time pressure and demanding travel schedules
