The Role: Global E-commerce Mass Acquisition Lead

About the Role:

  • Lead operation team, outbound team and export lead conversion strategy, identify and deep-dive into key problems, formulate the goal and key strategy for merchant acquisition team;
  • Lead analysis and project management in the iteration of lead management methodology and tools, merchant outreach channels and the implementation of marketing methods in various scenarios;
  • Responsible for seller CRM product analysis and operation, covering lead generation management, lead ranking and segment analysis, merchant segment and outreaching strategy;
  • Quantify and track the effect of operational actions and find out the optimization direction of the product and operation plan, pushing forward the product requirements and ensuring fulfillment;
  • Figure out merchants' pain points and life-cycle growth strategy in a data-driven approach, identify opportunities to increase the business for merchants through scalable solutions;
  • Work with Product team and other cross-functions to optimize merchant journey in product uploading, content production and after-sales experience with robust product features and smooth user experience;
  • Accumulate and share learnings and insights to drive best practice with internal and external teams.

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience in mass account management or mass seller incubation, experience of managing hundreds of sellers is required. Experience in CRM industry is preferred;
  • Has experience in mass seller, user or client management, familiar with key levers including but not limited to lead management, channel management, incentive policy, growth mission, merchant community, campaign, merchant education etc;
  • Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining goals and opportunities;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in a highly results-oriented environment with external client interaction is required;
  • Has experience of managing teams. Good at cross-team collaboration and moving things forward, ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people;
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving;
  • Strong knowledge of the Brazil e-commerce landscape, user demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation is a plus.
