Senior Application Customer Support Engineer Role

As a Senior Application Customer Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing remote technical support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Level 3 technical application support for production applications, systems, and business teams.
  • Investigating incidents, interruptions, or bugs in operational systems and implementing change or workarounds to ensure continued use of the application.
  • Configuring the application via SQL queries and code manipulation to optimize workflows and improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience in collections/banking systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Databases, with DBA skills.
  • A customer-focused mentality, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
