Role Overview
Malaysia Airlines is seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer to support the Airport Services Head in overseeing ground operations at our airport stations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the airline's compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role
This position requires a degree or diploma in a related field, preferably with 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be a team player, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. A calm and patient approach when dealing with irate passengers is essential, as is the ability to multitask under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the Airport Services Head in managing ground operations, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for monitoring and supervising outsourced functions performed by appointed GSPs and vendors. Additionally, they will assist in ensuring that all airline products and services meet and exceed service quality targets.
Qualifications and Experience
A degree or diploma in any related field is required, along with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Alternatively, a high school certificate or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience may be considered. Candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills, be a team player, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
