
Sales and Clinical Development Manager

As a seasoned professional in the field of medical sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and fostering strategic relationships with clinical leaders in targeted hospitals and healthcare markets. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on sales and clinical opportunities, while supporting distributors and OEM partners with Clinical Evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish yourself as an expert in pulse oximetry, pulse CO-Oximetry, brain function monitoring, and other patient monitoring solutions.
- Provide sales and clinical support for all relevant products in assigned territories.
- Develop and implement account strategies, optimize market resource coordination, and execute overall clinical specialist and research support.
- Engage in sales qualification, demonstration, clinical evaluation, closure, installation, and follow-up activities.
- Partner with distributors and OEM sales staffs to provide key clinical education and support for product conversions.
- Drive awareness and adoption of Masimo technologies among academic programs and major congresses.
- Maintain strong relationships with Clinical Bodies in the territory, particularly Anesthesia, ICU, Neonatology, and ER, to ensure effective product placement.
- Coordinate Clinical trainings and lectures with speakers across regions.
- Identify and develop research accounts, conduct clinical evaluations involving Masimo technology, and provide trustworthy information to customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Regional and Distribution Managers to maintain mutual understanding of product design needs, regulatory requirements, and production demands.
- Participate in clinical education efforts for Group Purchasing and Ministry initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products, and in-service end-users. Develop PowerPoint presentation skills to communicate Masimo's vision and value proposition effectively.
