Job Overview


This is a high-level leadership role that oversees day-to-day activities of a business analysis team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, performing financial tasks, and interacting with other locations to ensure consistency across the organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team based in Buenos Aires, reporting to a Senior Manager.
  • Oversee daily activities of the business analysis team (Seniors and Staff) and be the last review level before sharing deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Perform tasks such as manual JEs, monthly closing reporting, management reports, and close management.
  • Prepare financial statements, including GAAP to GAAP adjustments, balance sheet, P&L, Equity, Cash Flow, and complementary notes.
  • Become a trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients during transition and after go-live.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments.
  • Monitor operation metrics and analyze budget vs actual.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • An Accounting degree (CPA) with 8+ years of experience in similar roles; advanced English skills.
  • Experience working in shared service centers and/or external audits.
  • Project/transition knowledge: transitioning complex projects with accountability for delivering on time and cost.
  • ERP or other IT tool implementation experience; understands lifecycle steps.
  • Leadership and strong communication skills; ability to collaborate across time zones, cultures, and teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to quickly assess problems/risks and connect ideas.
  • Proactive mindset; ability to challenge status quo and manage uncertainty.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead different teams simultaneously.
