Key Job Responsibilities

The role involves driving business growth and market penetration for MAKO products.

Main Tasks:

  • Develop and implement strategies to train customers and employees, supporting MAKO business growth and market penetration.
  • Launch new accounts across key regions, including São Paulo, Brazil.
  • Provide clinical expertise and product support to customers, ensuring seamless adoption of MAKO technology.
  • Prepare pre-operative CT scans using proprietary software, assisting surgeons in robotic procedure planning.
  • Collaborate with regional training teams to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Stryker employees and customers.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts through product demonstrations and conference participation, showcasing the clinical value of MAKO products.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A technical degree in biomedical engineering, surgical instrumentation, or a related healthcare field.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in hospital and surgical environments, with a strong understanding of clinical and surgical support.
  • Availability to travel and flexible working hours.
