Senior Manager, Ad Sales, Br Amazon Ads

With 12+ years of B2B sales experience, you will lead a team of Sales Account Executives who use their expertise to sell digital advertising solutions to large advertisers and their ad agencies in Brazil, growing and scaling domestic revenues.
As a strategic partner to assigned brands or clients, you will sell a broad range of advertising solutions that meet their business goals, leveraging a consultative approach and understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve Ad revenue goals with a specified list of advertisers;
- Drive overall Amazon advertising strategy and business growth as a key member of the ad sales leadership;
- Establish and build strong, profitable, long-term relationships with brands;
- Prepare and present business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption customers;
- Manage and mentor a mid-senior level team and ensure their career progression within the team and in Amazon.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Working knowledge with BR Entertainment, Auto, Financial, Telco, Education, and/or Government clients;
- Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals;
- High-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management experience.
