About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Smart AdServer. As a key member of our Services team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and technical expertise.

Your Mission

As a Senior Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our demanding clients, providing accurate and prompt support through various channels. You'll investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues, including database analysis and system logs, to resolve web-related problems for top-tier customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support through various channels
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues, including database analysis and system logs
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to identify and resolve product issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our technologies and products to provide expert support
  • Document technical customer issues into consumable notes for other users

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in a web-based environment
  • 2+ years of experience in the Adtech environment (Deals, Programmatic, SSP, Adserver, DSP, etc)
  • Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting, SQL, JavaScript, CSS/HTML, APIs, and Mobile SDKs
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Nice to Have

  • Availability to become a designated support specialist for Gold or Platinum accounts
  • Knowledge of DV360 and Equativ's products/tools
