Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal and external clients, embodying our core value of customer focus in everything you do.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with our partners and stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in conducting transaction tests to identify potential issues with payment channels.
  • Provide proactive support to customers, anticipating and addressing their needs to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informative support to customers.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-focused role, such as service, hospitality, or call center.
  • Positive personality and attitude, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in leading a team is a plus, but not required.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, or Spanish is required.
