Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, superb communication skills, and a natural ability to problem-solve. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for liaising with our mobile operator, Merchants, and other partners to resolve customer issues, conducting transaction tests to identify potential payment channel issues, and providing exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with our mobile operator, Merchants, and other partners to resolve customer issues
- Conduct transaction tests to identify potential payment channel issues
- Provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-focused role
- Positive personality and attitude
- Flexible to changes and has a sense of urgency
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Time management skills
- Prior experience in leading a team will be a big plus
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish
