SAP Cloud Support SuccessFactors Intern

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP iXp Intern to join our Cloud Support SuccessFactors team. As a key member of our team, you will provide outstanding support service to our customers by performing root cause analysis and delivering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to customers via real-time channels.
- Perform root cause analysis and deliver solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Create or enhance existing documentation to improve knowledge sharing.
- Report system errors to the development teams.
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Systematical, communicative, and creative focus.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Undergraduate students in IT/Computer Science, Business, or related areas (from the 2nd semester or later or to be graduated in approximately 24 months).
- Knowledge with Business Processes would be a benefit.
- Problem-solving/analytical skills.
- Flexible approach working in teams as well as environment.
- Advanced English required, Spanish is an advantage.
- Previous experience with customer support and/or ticketing tool is an advantage.
