Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to develop and execute localized business growth strategies that align with broader regional objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities and adapting our value proposition to meet partner needs.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a metrics-driven mindset, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing partner networks, affiliates, or commercial relationships in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Implement acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention strategies tailored to partners, including referral programs and training initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records and prepare weekly performance reports.
  • Provide regular updates on results, risks, and forecasts to regional leadership.
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within the FX industry.
  • Proven experience managing partner networks, affiliates, or commercial relationships in emerging markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven, process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
