Business Development Specialist

The Business Development team at SHEIN is responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships with potential suppliers to support the company's growth and expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate partnerships;
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion;
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new suppliers and products;
  4. Travel to visit potential suppliers and conduct on-site assessments;
  5. Audit suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards;
  6. Provide training and support to new suppliers to ensure successful integration.
Requirements:
  1. Completed degree in a relevant field;
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  4. Intermediate to Advanced English communication level;
  5. Previous experience in business development or a related field is an asset;
  6. Knowledge of international market operations and expansion strategies is an asset;
  7. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
