Sales Support Specialist

As a valuable member of our international team, you will play a key role in supporting sales operations and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with client registration and updates;
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data management and material preparation;
- Facilitate communication with suppliers and clients to clarify questions and concerns;
- Process payments and generate electronic files for billing and payments;
- Organize received invoices and financial documents;
- Support the monthly accounting closing process with documentation preparation;
- Assist with general office tasks and scheduling meetings;
- Prepare basic materials and agendas for meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in progress in any field, with up to 4 semesters remaining until graduation;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Advanced English or Mandarin proficiency;
- Proactive, organized, and efficient multitasking skills.
