This internship is a great opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in supporting business operations. You will be working closely with our team to monitor and resolve customer issues related to SAP Products.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (Java, C++, ABAP/4)
- Familiarity with SAP ERP Business Processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
