Job Title: Cloud Migration Engagement Manager

Overview:

  • This is a high-impact role for a seasoned IT leader with experience in AWS migration delivery, partner co-sell collaboration, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead complex AWS migration and modernization projects from initial assessment to successful delivery.
  2. Drive partner engagement with enterprise customers to accelerate workload migrations and adoption.
  3. Collaborate closely with architects, partner technical teams, and executives to ensure technical excellence.
  4. Develop senior stakeholder relationships (CIOs, CTOs, business leaders) to influence adoption and secure commitment.
  5. Manage large program portfolios (200+ opportunities, scaling toward 500) with strong governance and KPI tracking.
  6. Facilitate workshops to align business and technical teams, enabling organizational change.

Required Skills and Qualifications:AWS Technical Expertise:

  • Strong AWS technical background.
  • AWS Associate or Professional-level certifications.
  • Deep understanding of AWS services, architecture patterns, and migration frameworks.
  • Ability to dive deep and articulate technical challenges, solutions, and trade-offs.
Cloud Migration & Modernization Leadership:
  • Proven experience leading large-scale AWS implementations.
  • Hands-on leadership of complex migration and modernization projects.
  • Concrete examples of outcomes: workloads migrated, challenges solved, business impact delivered.
Scaling & Program Management:
  • Experience managing 200+ opportunities, scaling up to 500.
  • Ability to engage effectively with architects, partner technical teams, and customers at scale.
  • Strong program governance, KPI tracking, and delivery management in complex environments.
Leadership & Presence:
  • Executive presence with the ability to earn trust in high-stakes settings.
  • Clear, confident communication of achievements and project outcomes.
  • Influencing senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, superintendents).
Customer & Partner Engagement:
  • Background in co-sell environments with AWS and global technology partners.
  • Strong partner alignment to accelerate migrations and adoption.
  • Customer obsession with technical depth to understand customer pain points and propose solutions.
Growth Orientation:
  • Ability to grow and scale programs, not just deliver point projects.
  • Balance strategic growth with technical delivery execution.
  • Elevating performance across partners and teams.
Additional Requirements:
  • 15+ years in enterprise IT and large-scale transformation.
  • Experience working at a global technology company.
  • Experience with financial institutions or enterprise customers in LATAM.
  • Agile/continuous improvement expertise.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Must be on-site in São Paulo, Brazil.
