Capital Generations seeks an ambitious Sales Development Representative to leverage business acumen and exceptional communication skills in a dynamic environment. - Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound B2B appointment setting via telephone in English.
- Engage with cold business prospects to schedule meetings with Account Executives.
- Achieve or exceed monthly meeting quotas.
- Requirements:
- Expert fluency in English for business prospecting.
- Naturally articulate, outgoing, and convincing individual.
- Passionate about Cold outreach to prospects via Telephone.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as an outbound SDR doing cold calling.
- Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Experience living abroad.
- High energy team player.
- Goal-oriented.
