  • Job Summary:
    Capital Generations seeks an ambitious Sales Development Representative to leverage business acumen and exceptional communication skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Conduct outbound B2B appointment setting via telephone in English.
    • Engage with cold business prospects to schedule meetings with Account Executives.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly meeting quotas.
  • Requirements:
    • Expert fluency in English for business prospecting.
    • Naturally articulate, outgoing, and convincing individual.
    • Passionate about Cold outreach to prospects via Telephone.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • 1+ years of experience as an outbound SDR doing cold calling.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets.
    • Outstanding time management skills.
    • Experience living abroad.
    • High energy team player.
    • Goal-oriented.
