About the Job

The Relationship Manager-Wealth is a key role at Yubi Group, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals. This involves understanding their financial goals and objectives, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrate expertise in wealth management products, including debentures, alternative investment funds, and portfolio management services.
  • Educate clients on the features, benefits, and risks associated with various wealth management products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
  • Drive business growth by effectively cross-selling wealth management products and services to existing clients.
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the private wealth management business.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on investment products and providers to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and other business development activities.
Requirements
  • Graduate or Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred with prior experience working in a private bank or wealth management setup.
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (minimum of 3 years).
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products, debentures, AIFs, and PMS.
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of achieving targets and incentives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant regulatory certifications (e.g., AMFI, NISM) will be an advantage.
