Account Development Specialist

This role is focused on driving business growth through account development. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing effective strategies to achieve your targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote products and services within assigned geographic areas or key accounts to meet sales and revenue goals
  • Identify new business opportunities aligned with the company's market and growth strategy
  • Manage customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems
  • Analyze data to identify trends, generate customer insights, and track sales performance
  • Drive the successful implementation of sales activities and promote innovative products
  • Assess customer needs, generate leads, respond to inquiries, and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Develop and implement account plans, request resources as needed, and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Closely collaborate with marketing teams to create higher market perception and successful strategies
  • Coordinate marketing activities in assigned territories and frequently assess customer potential
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships for long-term partnerships
Requirements
  • A degree in life sciences or engineering (higher education beneficial)
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, preferably with laboratory or process-based experience in Life Science
  • Intermediate English required
  • Hands-on knowledge and proactive use of CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good teamwork skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently
  • VISA to work in USA desirable
  • Proven software skills, e.g., Microsoft Office
  • Candidates must reside in or near São Paulo

  • Working conditions: CLT for an indefinite period
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour break
