Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development by identifying opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS NEEDS AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS THAT MEET THOSE NEEDS
  • Detect and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients to secure new business
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and results
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales with a focus on client relationship-building
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Languages:

  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Nice to have: Basic Spanish proficiency
