Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in projects that deal with complex business problems and combine strategy, analytics, and operations at a regional level.
  • Help implement and scale new processes and/or new systems/tools in partnership with other teams.
  • Collaborate with the Global Accounts (GAM) Sales Operations team to identify manual and repetitive tasks that can be automated.
  • Work flexible hours due to the nature of global work – often morning calls are required.
  • Be open to interns who are able to work for at least 1 year with availability to work 6 hours a day, between 8am and 6pm (BRT) Monday to Friday (30 hours a week).
Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar courses with an analytical focus. You should also have:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Excel experience is essential.
  • Experience with SQL / ability to rapidly learn during the first few weeks on the job.
Preferred Qualifications

We're interested in candidates who have:

  • Graduating December 2025 or later.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and thinking through problems in a structured manner.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Growth mindset, interest in training and personal development.
  • A team player who can work independently (self-starter), is willing to lean in where needed, and is adaptable to change.
  • Experience with PowerPoint.
