We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead senior-level search mandates and strengthen our network and reputation as a trusted advisor in executive hiring.

This is a high-impact role for someone who brings over 10 years of experience in executive search, deep expertise in sourcing niche and senior profiles, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

You will serve as both a thought partner to clients and a talent strategist, driving the full lifecycle of executive search—from business development and client management to market mapping, candidate engagement, and successful placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end executive search processes for senior and C-suite roles with expertise and precision.
  • Nurture trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor to drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to identify and attract top executives.
  • Partner with candidates throughout the process to ensure an exceptional experience and long-term fit.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding our network.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in executive search, preferably with a top-tier firm.
  • A proven track record of hiring for senior and niche roles across multiple industries or specialized verticals.
  • Strong business acumen and client relationship skills with the ability to build trust and drive results.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective talent strategies.
  • Fluency in English.
