As a key member of our commercial organization, you will work closely with sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth sales process and onboarding experience for our global and local clients in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to sales teams, including preparation of sales presentations, quotes, proposals, and contract management.
  • SUPPORTS SALES AND MARKETING TEAMS WITH ACTIVATION AND TRACKING OF SALES CAMPAIGNS, IDENTIFYING PROSPECTIVE COMPANIES AND CONTACTS, AND PRIORITIZING LEADS.
  • Engaging with existing and new clients, including leading advertisers, media agencies, content owners, and digital platforms.
  • Managing access to our tools, coordinating implementations, client training, and communications.
  • Manages client and sales information in CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Monitors client health and satisfaction metrics through use of our online sales management tools.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/G Suite and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Fluent in Portuguese. Proficient in English and/or Spanish.
  • Knowledge of Media/Advertising.
  • Knowledge of our solutions or other research providers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, strong orientation toward client relationships, problem solving, high attention to detail.
