As a Software Support Engineer, you will be part of our 24/7/365 support team, working closely with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure service targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring performance across all channels to ensure service targets are met
  • Communicating with cross-functional teams to provide timely feedback on performance
  • Supporting resolution of technical issues for internal teams and vendors
  • Engaging in our escalation process as a liaison between the business and technology teams

Requirements include:

  • 0-1 year of experience in any field
  • Good attitude, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • General IT knowledge and attention to detail
  • Ability to work calmly and professionally in high-pressure situations
