Software Support Engineer

As a Software Support Engineer, you will be part of our 24/7/365 support team, working closely with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure service targets are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring performance across all channels to ensure service targets are met
- Communicating with cross-functional teams to provide timely feedback on performance
- Supporting resolution of technical issues for internal teams and vendors
- Engaging in our escalation process as a liaison between the business and technology teams
Requirements include:
- 0-1 year of experience in any field
- Good attitude, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- General IT knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to work calmly and professionally in high-pressure situations
