We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Resource Management Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management of resources across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and support resources evolution, including KPIs and Dashboards
- Support resource management processes, tools, and initiatives implementation
- Ensure business achievements by optimal resource management operation
- Consolidate, analyze and validate potential gaps in services demand forecast
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
Education:- Engineering Degree (or related field)
- Strong understanding of data report and visualization processes and tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Capacity to analyze data and turn it into valuable insights
- Social, negotiation, and argumentation skills
- Conduct yourself with integrity and compliant principles in data management
