Responsibilities
  • Act on financial modules of Oracle ERP Cloud (Accounts Receivable, Customers, Billing, Collection, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management).
  • Resolve tickets and provide functional support with high quality and within deadlines.
  • Support users during closing accounting in different regions (LATAM, USA, APAC).
  • Perform regression testing in quarterly updates of the SaaS environment.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX norms and maintain documentation according to ITIL standards.
  • Lead best practices in support, in partnership with internal teams and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Oracle ERP Cloud, focused on financial modules and locations for Brazil.
  • Minimum 10 years in Oracle ERP and 5 years in Cloud (Fusion).
  • Participation in at least 3 completed implementation projects (LATAM and USA).
  • Proficiency in tools such as BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, SOAP, and REST.
  • Higher education in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related areas.
  • Fluent English.
