Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent business acumen, financial modeling skills, and the ability to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to contribute to our company's revenue growth strategy. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for building and maintaining revenue and pipeline forecasts, conducting scenario analysis, and ensuring data integrity across bookings, billings, and revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial models, including revenue and pipeline forecasts;
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, RevOps, and Finance, to ensure seamless communication and execution of financial plans;
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to present complex financial information in a clear and actionable manner;
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to optimize financial operations;
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field;
  • 1+ year of experience in FP&A, revenue, or sales finance, or a similar role;
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivots, and what-if modeling;
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and NetSuite, or other CRM and ERP systems;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into actionable insights;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
