As a strategic partner, you will be at the forefront of revenue growth and customer success by driving go-to-market hiring initiatives. You will identify, qualify, and shepherd top talent through our recruiting processes, serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders and bolstering our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit high-caliber candidates for sales roles, including Account Executives and other revenue-generating positions, from sourcing and qualification through offer acceptance.
- Provide market insights on talent availability and serve as an ambassador for our mission in the AI space.
- Build strong hiring manager partnerships through advisory support, ideal candidate profile development, and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Create exceptional candidate experiences that demonstrate our values of Clarity, Candor, and Care.
- Partner strategically with sales leadership to translate revenue goals into hiring strategies and collaborate with internal teams to scale our recruiting practices.
Collaboration is key to your success in this role. You will work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, People, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure accuracy, build trust, and establish scalable people practices supporting our growth.
Requirements- At least 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 3 years of in-house experience recruiting for sales, marketing, or customer success roles.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting Enterprise Account Executives within the ecosystem of SaaS or Open Source DevTools, Data Science and Analytics, Cloud Providers, Hyperscalers, Data Platforms, or AI.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring and quality goals.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
