Our organization seeks a skilled leader to spearhead revenue growth initiatives for hotels worldwide. This senior position involves driving key projects and strategies to elevate hotel success.
Main Responsibilities- We require an experienced professional to develop, implement, and evaluate revenue-related strategies encompassing pricing, demand analysis, yield management, market segmentation, business mix optimization, selling strategies, and tactics.
- The ideal candidate will provide expert advice to maximize revenue and profit streams for regional teams and hotels.
- This role necessitates the development, implementation, and operation of strategic programs to enhance revenue management services penetration and deliver a competitive advantage.
- The successful candidate will facilitate effective communication and training of key projects and initiatives to the hotel community.
- A bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field is essential.
- 8-10 years of progressive work experience in hotel operations management, revenue management, or field consulting are required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in central reservations systems and revenue management systems is mandatory.
- The ideal candidate should have project management experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
- The ability to build and manage relationships with leadership, field support teams, and key hotel representatives is essential.
