Event Experience Manager

Seeking a highly skilled professional to organize and lead events, conferences, and webinars for international clients. This individual will engage audiences, represent the organization professionally, and enhance authority through strategic networking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning and Organization:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan in-person, hybrid, and online events.
    • Develop engaging content and schedules for conferences, panels, and presentations.
    • Coordinate event logistics, including invitations, guest lists, and technical setup.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all events.
  • Event Hosting and Presentation:
    • Host institutional events, conferences, and roundtables with charisma and professionalism.
    • Maintain dynamic and interactive event flows.
    • Facilitate discussions between speakers, experts, and guests.
    • Deliver an immersive experience for participants.
  • Communication and Relationship Management:
    • Interact with clients, partners, and key stakeholders effectively.
    • Promote engagement on social media during events.
    • Serve as primary point of contact for attendees, ensuring feedback and follow-ups.
  • Content Strategy for Events:
    • Develop speeches and scripts aligned with the organization's marketing strategy.
    • Collaborate with communications teams to create promotional content before and after events.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
    • Proven track record in event hosting, presentation, journalism, or corporate event management.
    • Knowledge of event marketing, conference organization, and public speaking.
    • Experience in legal topics and corporate law sector is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Excellent public speaking and oratory skills.
    • Ability to think on feet and adapt to unexpected situations.
    • Basic knowledge of audiovisual production and online event broadcasting.
    • Fluent English (additional languages are beneficial).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Charisma, confidence, and strong professional presence.
    • Ability to handle pressure and maintain event flow under challenging circumstances.
    • Organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
