Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Hotel Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for driving the enablement of the HRS 5S Framework and optimizing hotel performance through strategic consulting, training, and ongoing optimization.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hotel distribution, account management, or sales within the hospitality industry. A strong understanding of commercial acumen and data literacy is essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to daily hotel partners across Brazil.
  • Lead technical onboarding and training of new hotel partners to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support hotel partners through sign-up processes, labeling, classification, Corporate RFPs, and CCR procurement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel operations, account management, or sales within the hospitality industry.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and data literacy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus.
