About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at BODDY. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the fitness and wellness industry.

Your primary focus will be on building relationships with gym and club owners, convincing them to join our global network, and selling member programs to them. You will also be responsible for presenting BODDY to potential clients, educating them on its benefits, and converting prospective clients into long-term partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the fitness and wellness industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convince gyms and clubs to join BODDY's global network
  • Sell member programs to gyms and clubs
  • Present BODDY to potential clients and educate them on its benefits
  • Convert prospective clients into long-term partners
  • Achieve company targets by opening up new cities and building a strong portfolio
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, including key accounts
  • Interact closely with operations for onboarding and maintenance of accounts
  • Travel to meet prospects and customers within your assigned territory
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
Requirements
  • Sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets and boosting revenue
  • A well-balanced mix of acquisition and relationship-building skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-driven, structured self-starter with a can-do mindset
  • Proficient in Portuguese and English
  • Experienced in the use of CRM tools, such as Hubspot
