As a key contributor to our Integrated Team, you will develop and execute proposals, contract negotiation, and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. You will drive business development planning processes for the market.
Responsibilities include:
Developing strategic proposals; negotiating with clients; ensuring deals deliver value; driving competitive pricing. Compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
Handling complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
Managing medium-large sales and handling big or challenging markets or multi-country opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Large experience in Proposal Management
Fluency in English and Portuguese
