About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team and contribute to our growth objectives. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales initiatives that deliver results.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the US market.
- Sales Leadership: Lead sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Skills: Proven track record of driving business growth, excellent sales leadership skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Competitive Salary: $185,000 - $215,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Bonus Structure: Eligible for commission-based bonuses.
