Job Title: Customer Experience Professional

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer interactions and satisfaction through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, the ability to think critically, and strong communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback from various sources including surveys, support interactions, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain customer journey maps and process maps to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct qualitative research through interviews, focus groups, observations, and mystery shopping to gain a deeper understanding of customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance CX and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer experience or a related field.
  • Strong qualitative research skills and experience with journey mapping.
  • Proficient in Excel with advanced analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
