As a key member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in delivering seamless IT experiences to our internal employees.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our Corporate IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, ensuring the smooth running of computers, network devices, and printers.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving end-user application issues, maintaining and updating technical support documentation, handling asset management, and liaising with vendors.
Maintaining and monitoring office network infrastructure, IT security, and antivirus tools are essential responsibilities of this role.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are required to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
