Senior Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking dedicated professionals to work as Market Researchers, ensuring our products remain relevant to market demand. As a Market Researcher, you will analyze consumer behavior and industry trends, conduct on-field visits across markets in São Paulo, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting secondary research around specific industries and benchmarking competitors
- Designing and conducting surveys for primary research amongst target customers and partners
- Benchmarking analysis on competitor app flows and features
- Preparing reports and submitting within the timeline
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in market research is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to quickly learn and gather data and consumer feedback
- Analyzing industry trends and competitor behavior
- High proficiency in English speaking & local language
- Possessing a passion to drive significant impact in a highly uncertain business and user context
This role is open only to candidates currently based in São Paulo, Brazil who are fluent in the local language.
