We seek a dynamic professional to join our Development and Alumni Relations team, supporting our mission to advance knowledge, foster innovation, and create positive change in the world.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support for the identification, cultivation and solicitation of donors for university fundraising priorities.
- Play a key role in creating a meaningful experience for both major gift donors as well as those considering their first significant gift.
- Assist in the cultivation of prospects by sharing targeted Lehigh related information and opportunities for engagement.
- Pipeline Management -Support college portfolio and pipeline with gift officers, including periodic portfolio reviews, recording contacts, editing gift pipeline, etc
- Visit scheduling and preparation - Assist gift officer(s) in scheduling prospect visits. Includes developing prospect lists using a variety of sources.
- Work with coordinators and gift officers to create standard discovery packets and project packets (ie., college-specific, parents, athletics, etc.)
- Successful completion of standard background checks.
