Strategic Client Engagement Lead
We are seeking a Strategic Client Engagement Lead to oversee key post-sale relationships and drive long-term client satisfaction.
About the Role:
- Lead the entire client journey from onboarding through renewal, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, fostering trust and credibility.
- Conduct regular business reviews and health check-ins to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Translate client objectives into actionable plans using our AI-driven platform.
- Collaborate with product teams to advocate for user needs and drive feature enhancements.
- Identify and mitigate churn risks, driving retention metrics and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in customer success or strategic account management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Experience working with complex B2B clients across multiple departments, requiring adaptability and strong communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, ideally AI or automation tools, and proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Slack, or Airtable.
