About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth through strategic marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales team: Work closely with the sales department to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and optimize pipeline growth.
  • Lead generation: Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns across various channels to generate high-quality leads.
  • MQL to closed-won tracking: Implement and manage lead scoring systems to accurately track MQLs through to closed-won opportunities.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement ABM strategies to engage key target accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Campaign management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and generate leads.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B Marketing, with a focus on lead generation, pipeline growth, sales enablement, and ABM.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot, and experience in managing MQL to closed-won processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks.
