We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Developer to spearhead our sales strategy. As a key figure, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, developing lead generation strategies, and guiding customers through the buying process.
Main Responsibilities- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients based on target market criteria, ideal customer profiles, and industry insights;
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, leveraging various channels such as professional networks, industry conferences, and events, partnerships, etc;
- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of software solutions;
- Understand the technical requirements of our customers, their needs, and objectives;
- Lead complex negotiations with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements;
- Overcome objections and address customer concerns through effective communication and value proposition;
- Guide customers through the buying process, ensuring a seamless experience and successful deal closure;
- Assist company management representatives in their business development activities.
- At least 7 years of direct sales experience - minimum 4 years within the Technology industry (Software Solutions Services/Products);
- Oriented towards a consultative sales approach;
- A proven track record of success in driving new sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets (b2b);
- Proven ability and autonomy in new business pipeline-building activities;
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions;
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills;
- Natural drive to succeed in sales;
- Motivation, perseverance, determination, and a natural drive to succeed in sales;
- High level of personal ethics;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English, enabling effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Please note that this role requires willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
