Backend Data Platform Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Backend Engineering Team in the development and scaling of a data socialization and visualization platform, Atlas.
The successful candidate will have expertise in designing, operating, and improving AWS platform infrastructure to ensure robustness, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Operations Leadership: Oversee the design, operation, and improvement of AWS platform infrastructure.
- CICD Pipeline Management: Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines, observability, cost monitoring, and system reliability.
- API Development: Collaborate with backend engineers to develop and maintain APIs and backend services for the Atlas platform.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests, adhering to best practices.
- Collaboration and Mentorship: Participate in code reviews and peer programming, mentor junior engineers, and guide best practices in platform operations.
As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with other departments to align platform and backend development with business needs.
