We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for planning and managing the team to carry out all activities in the areas of logistics, receiving, shipping, inventory control, product storage, and distribution with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and sustainability through the effective management of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Promote innovation and results-driven approach in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and supervise all processes related to Logistics, Maintenance, and Purchasing/Procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements by coordinating and supervising processes related to Licenses, Permits, Certificates (QRA).
  • Maintain close relationships with the commercial area to guarantee that controlled products meet legal requirements both in terms of commercialization and storage and internal controls.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in logistics operations with proven leadership skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and managing teams with a strong focus on fostering cross-functional relationships and driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with experience in integrated business management systems (ERP) an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit.
