Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with our most valued clients in Brazil and LATAM. This involves frequent communication, identifying client needs, and developing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a portfolio of global VIP clients, building rapport through regular communication and addressing their unique needs.
  • Solution Development: Establish key processes and systems to provide optimal service solutions and customer experiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-7 years of sales and client services experience with an international financial background.
  • Proven experience working with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  • Proficient in Portuguese (written and spoken), with working knowledge of English; Spanish would be beneficial.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining strong multi-tasking skills.
