Care Partner Success Specialist

About the Role:

This role plays a critical part in our Clinical Sales process by building relationships with care partners who support individuals using our AAC devices. The successful candidate will provide device training, facilitate communication with internal teams, offer tailored support and education, and navigate administrative steps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for care partners throughout the sales process.
  • Build trusting relationships through timely and empathetic communication.
  • Listen actively during interactions and match needs to appropriate device features and services.
  • Deliver customized training and support sessions tailored to individual needs.
  • Identify potential risks to the deal and apply proven sales strategies.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with care partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in sales, engagement, or relationship management is preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience is also beneficial.
Work Environment:

This position works primarily remotely and requires a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access.
