Job Title: Senior Sales Development Representative
Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key player in driving revenue growth, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing sales opportunities, and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.
Your primary focus will be on building relationships with high-level decision-makers, understanding their needs, and tailoring sales presentations to meet those needs. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience from initial contact through the sales process.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- At least 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the e-commerce, wholesale, or SaaS sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships with potential clients.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Self-starter mentality, able to effectively work independently and in a team setting.
- High level of professionalism and comfort engaging with high-level decision-makers.
- Familiarity with the coffee industry, espresso machines, or related equipment is a plus.
