Baxter is a leading medical innovation company that has been pioneering significant medical breakthroughs for over 85 years. As a Customer Service Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery of orders and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process and manage new sales orders from customers and intercompany orders until timely delivery.
  • Manage customer complaints and follow up on corrective action plans.
  • Allocate products for sales orders and ensure compliance with existing procedures.
  • Provide proactive communication to internal and external customers on order status.
  • Act as the main point of contact for distributors and process EXW orders.
  • Understand local distribution and billing government requirements.

**We Are Seeking:**

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Commerce, or Logistics.

Fluency in English and knowledge of international commerce, including payment terms and Incoterms.

Experience in customer service, international trade, and planning.
