This is a unique opportunity to lead a global team responsible for delivering top-notch support to international customers.
About the Job:
The Support Team Manager will be accountable for leading a diverse team of professionals in providing world-class end-to-end support services. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer focus, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective capacity planning strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation within the team.
- Manage team members, including feedback, career development, and employee relations.
- Break down strategic plans into actionable tasks and prepare team members for future challenges.
- Collaborate with other team leaders to drive the execution of product portfolio strategies.
- Lead and facilitate changes within the team, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Design and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality support services to customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team-related issues, such as incident escalation, workload management, and customer complaints.
Requirements:
- A degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in remote team management.
- Excellent customer focus, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective escalation management skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of product support processes and service offerings.
- Technical expertise, particularly in SAP technology (certification an advantage).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Adaptable to change.
- Fluent in English.
Work Experience:
Ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
